Audit Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing financial audits in compliance with auditing standards.
- Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial data.
- Review and assess internal controls and operational processes.
- Document audit findings, prepare working papers, and support audit conclusions.
- Communicate audit issues and findings clearly and timely to the audit team.
- Assist with the preparation of audit reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Working experience: Minimum of 1 year in an auditing firm.
- CPA is an added advantage
What you get:
- Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
Working Days/Hours:⏱
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Gross Salary: TZS 700,000/- – TZS 1,300,000/-
