Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Social media
  • Content creation and copywriting skills
  • Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, product clips)
  • Basic editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar apps
  • Ability to design simple graphics and posts (Canva or similar)
  • Strong understanding of brand style, tone, and visual consistency
  • Ability to analyze basic performance insights
  • Capable of planning content calendars and managing online reputation

What you need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or any related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or videography.
  • Age Range: 22–35 years preferred

What you get:

  • Contract period: 6 months after probationary period.

Working Days/Hours:⏱️
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Saturdays: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Gross Salary: TZS 500,000/-
