Assistant Tax & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing tax filings, audits, VAT refunds and transfer pricing.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support task allocation and team coordination.
- Maintain accurate tax documentation and handle authority communications.
- Participate in trainings and relevant meetings.
- Perform other compliance tasks as assigned.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tax Management or any related field.
- Working experience: Minimum of 2 years in an auditing firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suit.
- Proficient in Tax & Compliance automation tools and systems.
What you get:
- Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
Working Days/Hours:⏱
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Gross Salary: TZS 1,500,000/- – TZS 3,000,000/-
