FIELD SERVICE SPECIALIST

Location: Dar es Salaam – Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Installation and Configuration.
  • Maintenance and strong troubleshooting Skills.
  • Customer support and training.
  • System monitoring and report.
  • Technical expertise and collaboration.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology,Computer Science or any related field.
  • Working experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years in a field service or technical support role.
  • Proficient in queue management systems in both hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with database management, system integration and Application programming Interphase.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Available to travel.

What you get:

  • Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)

Working Days/Hours:⏱
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Saturdays: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Gross Salary: TZS 800,000/-
