:- System Installation and Configuration
.- Maintenance and strong troubleshooting Skills.
– Customer support and training.
– System monitoring and report.
– Technical expertise and collaboration. *What you need*:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology,Computer Science or any related field.
– Working experience:
Minimum of 2 – 3 years in a field service or technical support role.
– Proficient in queue management systems in both hardware and software.
– Familiarity with database management, system integration and Application programming Interphase.- Proficient in English.
– Available to travel.*
What you get*:- Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)*
Working Days/Hours
*:⏱️Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PMSaturdays: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
*Gross Salary*: TZS 800,000/
